Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of gbooky.com and the group trip and private trip services offered by Gbooky (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site or requesting a trip, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
What we offer
Gbooky lists curated group trips with real dates and available spots, and helps you plan a fully private trip built around what you want. Submitting an enquiry through the site connects you with a real member of our team, who follows up directly to arrange the details.
Your account
If you register for an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away at hi@gbooky.com if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.
Bookings, pricing, and payment
Prices, deposit amounts, and spots remaining shown on a trip are as accurate as we can make them at the time, but are not final until confirmed directly with our team. A booking is only confirmed once you’ve arranged payment details with your travel specialist. Each trip may have its own specific terms (deposit amount, payment schedule, group size, inclusions) shown on that trip’s page under “Trip Policy”, those specific terms apply in addition to this page.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation and refund terms vary by trip and are set out on that trip’s own page, or confirmed with you directly by our team before you pay a deposit. If a trip is cancelled or significantly changed on our end, we’ll contact you directly to sort out a refund or alternative.
Reviews
Reviews on Gbooky are only ever submitted by real travellers, using a personal one-time link we send after their trip. We don’t accept public review submissions. Every review is checked by our team before it appears on the site. Submitting a review means you confirm it reflects your own honest experience.
Acceptable use
Please don’t use the site to submit false information, attempt to access other users’ accounts, disrupt the site, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the site.
Limitation of liability
We work hard to keep trip details accurate and to connect you with real, vetted experiences, but travel involves third parties (accommodation, transport, local operators) outside our direct control. To the extent permitted by law, Gbooky isn’t liable for issues arising from those third-party services once a trip is underway.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site and our services evolve. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
